不是蒸烤箱原廠出品的烤盤，可以安心用在蒸烤箱裡嗎？Even though not from the oven brand, are Equipium trays safe in a combi oven?
可以。我們所有不沾產品皆逐一（items by items）通過 SGS 的 FDA 175.300 檢測項目。Equipium GK 烤盤已證實可安心用於蒸烤箱的任何操作情境。Yes. All our non-stick products have passed SGS testing to FDA regulation 175.300, item by item. Equipium GK trays are proven safe to use under any operating condition in a combi oven.
Equipium 的烤盤相容哪些蒸烤箱？Which combi ovens are they compatible with?
我們的調理盆與烤盤依循國際 Gastronorm（GN）系統，可對應主要品牌（含 Rational、UNOX、Convotherm 等）的層架與滑軌。請告知您的爐型與爐腔尺寸，我們會協助確認正確的規格與深度。Our pans and trays follow the international Gastronorm (GN) system, so they fit the racks and runners of the major brands including Rational, UNOX and Convotherm. Tell us your oven model and cavity size and we will confirm the right size and depth.
可以幫我們打樣嗎？Can you make samples for us?
若產品較複雜，或經專員評估後需要測試，於確認訂單成立之後，我們會提供打樣服務。If a product is complex, or a specialist's assessment shows testing is needed, we provide a sampling service once the order is confirmed.
訂製的流程為何？What is the customization process?
1. 初步先了解終端使用者的操作環境與機械設備。
2. 根據需求的尺寸、規格、材質、表面處理與製作工法等多項因素彙整。
3. 提出設計圖、報價單與製作交期。
4. 確認訂單後，導入生產線量產：從開模（如需要）、成型、打磨到表面處理，一層一層把關品質。

不沾塗層要如何保養？How should I care for the non-stick coating?
新品：直接以清洗劑及軟性海綿、溫水清洗即可使用。
操作：建議使用溫度為攝氏 260 度以下，長時間超過 260 度會大幅降低塗層壽命；請勿使用金屬器具在盤面摩擦（可搭配 Equipium 料理夾）。
清洗：以洗碗劑及軟性海綿、溫水清洗，不可使用鋼絲、鋼刷或任何會刮傷塗層的用具；請勿在清洗萬能蒸烤箱時一併放入。每日使用後若殘留難清，浸泡溫水 20 分鐘以上再清洗，擦乾或烘乾後保持乾燥儲放。New: wash with detergent, a soft sponge and warm water before first use.
Use: keep the working temperature at or below 260 °C — long periods above that sharply shorten coating life; never scrape the surface with metal tools (use the Equipium Cooking Tongs).
Cleaning: wash with detergent, a soft sponge and warm water; never use steel wool, a wire brush or anything abrasive, and don't put trays through the combi-oven wash cycle. If residue is stubborn after a shift, soak in warm water for 20+ minutes, then wash, dry and store dry.

是。NexFX®1000／2000／2500／3000 塗層皆經 SGS 檢測符合美國 FDA 21 CFR，並驗證 PFOA-free、PFOS-free。對 PFAS 有嚴格要求的市場，GK3204S 陶瓷不沾另通過 PFAS 670 項檢測。Yes. NexFX®1000/2000/2500/3000 coatings are SGS-verified to USA FDA 21 CFR and confirmed PFOA-free and PFOS-free. For markets with strict PFAS requirements, the GK3204S ceramic non-stick has passed a 670-item PFAS screen.
標準品和客製化有什麼差別？Standard range vs. customization?
標準品涵蓋常見的 GN 尺寸、塗層與型式，以現貨或短交期供應。客製化則針對市場上買不到的尺寸、材質、表面處理或製作工法，也包含自有品牌（OEM／ODM）開發。The standard range covers common GN sizes, coatings and formats, held or made to short lead times. Customization is for sizes, materials, surface treatments or forming processes not available off the shelf, including own-brand (OEM/ODM) development.
