整面 6 mm 均勻沖孔的 GN 深盆，蒸氣循環無死角，蔬菜、豆類與港式點心受熱一致；起鍋後湯水立即瀝出，成品不積水、賣相更好。1/1GN 與 2/3GN 各有 65 / 40 / 20 mm 深度。
A GN pan perforated evenly with 6 mm holes across the whole base so steam circulates without dead spots — vegetables, beans and dim sum cook uniformly. Liquid drains the moment you lift it out, so food never sits in water. Available in 1/1 GN and 2/3 GN, in 65 / 40 / 20 mm depths.
