上蓋以自身重量把食材壓向下方的烙烤面，同時雙面烙印，快速有效地烙印出清晰烙紋，縮短烙烤時間達 20% 以上。適用於 2/3GN 蒸烤箱；底層烤盤為選配，可變換 GK2203、GK2204、GK4201、GK4202 等款式。整組進烤箱，免顧爐、免翻面。
A weighted upper plate presses food onto the grill surface below, marking both sides at once for fast, clean char lines and cutting grilling time by more than 20%. For 2/3 GN combi ovens; the lower tray is optional and swaps between GK2203, GK2204, GK4201 and GK4202. The whole assembly goes into the oven — no tending, no flipping.
